Beacon, the roofing and building materials distributor has opened three new locations in the West.

New branches include Salinas, California; Frederick, Colorado; and Seguin, Texas. The locations will serve residential and commercial contractors and lumberyards, Beacon said.

The new Salinas branch is in Monterey County and is “Focused on serving residential contractors, the team at this location operates as part of the San Jose Beacon OTC network to help customers build their businesses with on-time delivery of our full catalog of products,” according to Nevin Holly, Beacon regional vice president, Pacific.

Beacon said the new Frederick location is part of the quickly developing Front Range Urban Corridor.

“With an ideal location along Interstate 25, this branch sits just between Denver and Fort Collins and will serve contractors with our full product range as well as digital tools, like Beacon PRO+, that help busy contractors grow their businesses,” said Justin Hinze, Beacon regional vice president, mountain region.

The latest Texas branch, located in Seguin is dedicated to serving lumberyard customers.

“Right off Interstate 10, this location’s greater San Antonio proximity will serve the busy region with our customized product range, delivery optimization, and specialized employees that makes us the go-to supplier for area lumberyards,” explained Beacon Vice President, Clint Wade.

Based in Herdon, Virginia, Beacon operates more than 500 branches in all 50 states and the 6 provinces of Canada.
