Beacon acquires H&H Roofing Supply
Roofing and building products distributor Beacon reported that it has acquired H&H Roofing Supply, LLC located in Bakersfield, California.
The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
H&H Roofing has a 20-year history serving the Bakersfield community, according to Beacon.
“Joining forces with Beacon is a great fit for our contractors and employees,” said Scott Hill, owner of H&H Roofing. “Contractors will continue to have a partner with relentless focus on customer service as well as benefit from the Beacon’s PRO+ app and TRI-BUILT private label products.”
According to its website, H&H Roofing has annual sales of $8 million. The company was founded in December 2002.
“We are thrilled to deepen our presence in the Central Valley and add Bakersfield to our service area in California where we now have 33 branches. Scott and the H&H Roofing team have established a tremendous foundation of roofing expertise and service reliability to drive further growth,” added Nevin Holly, Beacon’s Regional Vice President, Pacific.
Year to date in 2023, Beacon has expanded its footprint through the completion of 9 acquisitions and the opening of 19 new greenfield locations. Serving customers via these additional locations aligns with our Ambition 2025 goals to drive above-market growth.
Beacon closed out in October with new branch openings in California, Colorado, and Texas.
Based in Herndon, Virginia, Beacon operates operates over 500 branches throughout all 50 states in the U.S. and 6 provinces in Canada.
The building materials distributor is scheduled to release its third quarter 2023 financial results after the close of the stock market on Nov. 2.
