ABC Supply expands in Maryland

ABC Supply has opened its latest location in Havre de Grace, Md.

Ethan Lear will manage the branch. 

Lear joined ABC Supply’s Baltimore location in 2020 as an inside sales associate and completed the company’s Branch Management Training Program in 2022. 

Prior to ABC Supply, he served as branch manager for another materials distributor in Virginia.

“We’re excited to open our new Havre de Grace branch, which will allow us to meet the growing demand for building products and support in northern Maryland,” said ABC Supply’s Northeast Region Vice President Tom Kuchan. “Ethan and his team will do a great job building partnerships and ensuring that area contractors get the support they need to make their jobs easier.”

Based in Beloit, Wis., ABC Supply operates nearly 900 locations across the United States and Canada. 

Over the past two months, ABC Supply has been extremely active with new branch openings in Massachusetts, Nebraska, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.

Earlier this month, the company also entered Canada after acquiring the Monarch Group.

The company’s subsidiaries have been active as well. 

On Nov. 15, the company’s aluminum and building products distributor, Town & Country Industries, announced it had acquired the assets of T&C Sales, Inc., located in Rockledge, Fla. 

This week, L&W Supply opened its first New York City location in Long Island City, Queens.
