ABC subsidiary Town & Country acquires T&C Sales

Aluminum and building products distributor Town & Country Industries has acquired the assets of T&C Sales, Inc., located in Rockledge, Fla. 

Town & Country Industries is a division of ABC Supply Co., Inc. 

The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. 

Founded in 1983. T&C Sales distributes aluminum products and other materials related to the construction and remodeling of pool and patio enclosures. Company associates will continue to work at the Rockledge location, providing a seamless transition for existing customers, Town and Country said.

Town & Country has more than 30 locations in Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, South Carolina, and Texas. 

Headquartered in Beloit, Wis., ABC Supply has nearly 900 locations across the U.S. and Canada.

ABC Supply entered Canada earlier this month after acquiring the Monarch Group of Companies.

Monarch is a supplier of siding, roofing, and select exterior building materials throughout Alberta, Canada.
