ABC Supply has expanded its presence in Canada

The Beloit, Wisconsin-based building product distributor has acquired the assets of All Canadian Building Products in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.

This acquisition marks the eighth company location in British Columbia and the second in Surrey for ABC Supply. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

ABC entered Canada in November 2022 when it acquired the Monarch Group of Companies, a supplier of siding, roofing, and exterior building materials throughout Alberta.

In August 2023, ABC grew its Canadian presence with the acquisition of Cedar Grove Building Supply in British Columbia.

All Canadian Building Products has been a trusted partner to area contractors since its establishment in 2004 by owner Kulwaren “Kal” Johal, ABC Supply said in a press release announcing the acquisition.

The British Columbia-based company specializes in the distribution of residential and commercial roofing products and accessories.

“Throughout the past 20 years, Kal has developed a strong business built on a foundation of incredible customer service,” said ABC Supply Chief Operating Officer Mike Jost. “We are excited to welcome Kal and his team into the ABC Supply family as we continue to grow our support for contractors in this key market.”

With Johal’s continued leadership at the location as branch manager, supported by the same trusted staff, area contractors can expect a seamless transition and exceptional service, ABC Supply said.

ABC Supply has over 970 locations across the U.S. and Canada. The company is the largest wholesale distributor of roofing and select exterior and interior building products in North America.
