Lumber Liquidators has promoted Ray Cotton to the title of SVP and chief compliance and sustainability officer.

In his new role, he will take on the added task of leading the company's strategic quality and sustainability initiatives, its environmental outreach and its sourcing and product compliance policies.

Cotton was most recently serving as VP and chief compliance and sustainability officer. He will maintain his responsibilities overseeing quality assurance, sustainable sourcing, loss prevention, risk management and legal compliance.
