Beacon hit record sales in the fourth quarter of 2023.
Beacon, the specialty building products distributor of roofing and complementary materials, announced today that it has awarded three supplier partners with awards for their service commitment in 2023.
The winners include Klauer Manufacturing, Lomanco, and GAF.

Klauer Manufacturing has been recognized with the Trail Blazer Award. This award goes to a supplier who looks for new ways to innovate and partner, even when the path is not clear. Beacon said that Klauer has the "fortitude and desire to go further. In 2023, Klauer meshed Beacon’s Ambition 2025 strategy with their own and committed to above-market growth, new product initiatives, sales training and giving back to the community.
Lomanco has been recognized with the TRI-BUILT Award. This award goes to a supplier who shares Beacon’s vision for building our premium-quality exclusive brand. In 2023, Lomanco collaborated with Beacon to provide a differentiated offer in the marketplace both in terms of marketing and packaging as well as overall product value for our customers.
GAF was recognized with the Supplier of the Year Award. This award goes to a supplier that steps up to position Beacon to compete, grow and attract new customers. In 2023, GAF brought their collaborative approach to commercial roofing and aligned with Beacon's branches to attract discretionary business. The partnership with Beacon's marketing and promotional team, sales enablement, national accounts, and product management "has been exemplary," the distributor said.
With the support of over 2,300 supplier partners, Beacon exceeded its Ambition 2025 revenue and shareholder return targets in 2023.
The company recently reported that fourth quarter 2023 net sales increased 16.8% to $2.3 billion compared to fourth quarter 2022 net sales of nearly $2 billion.
The fourth quarter sales results are a new company record for the period.
Beacon also posted a net income of $95.1 million for the fourth quarter, nearly a 30% increase from a net income of $73.3 million for fourth quarter 2022.
