Woodgrain operates more than 45 manufacturing and distribution facilities.
Woodgrain announced that it is acquiring Trimco Millwork, with the deal expected to close in December.
With the acquisition of Trimco Millwork, Woodgrain will increase its distribution center network to 35 locations expanding into national footprint into the Rocky Mountain West region.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Trimco is a wholesale distributor of moulding, exterior doors, interior doors, and specialty building products with three locations in Boise, Idaho; Salt Lake City, Utah; and Denver, Colorado.
