True Value promoted Chris Gongora-Davis to General Operations Manager at its Springfield, Oregon warehouse.

Born and raised in the Northwest, Chris brings 17 years of warehousing experience to his new role. He has successfully led teams in shipping, inventory, stocking, office management, and inbound/outbound operations.
Gongora-Davis earned recognition in the form of four consecutive Pinnacle awards as the Inbound/Outbound Manager in the Springfield warehouse.
According to True Value, his passion for leadership, coaching for success, and improving operational performance has made a significant impact on the team and operations.
