TAL names a new VP
TAL Building Centers, a family-owned building materials provider in the Pacific Northwest, has named Gaven Gregory as its Vice President of Operations - East.
According to TAL, Gregory brings extensive leadership experience in retail and business operations, having held key roles at Valley Wide Cooperative, True Value, and The Home Depot. Most recently, as executive vice president of retail at Valley Wide Cooperative, he was instrumental in overseeing sales, operations and business development. Previously, he served as division vice president at True Value, leading teams responsible for thousands of locations.
TAL CEO Jason Blair shares his thoughts on Gregory’s appointment: "Gaven brings a remarkable blend of experience and leadership to our team, making him the perfect choice to lead our operations in eastern Oregon, Montana and Idaho. His proven track record in scaling businesses and guiding high-performance teams will be instrumental as we look toward the future growth of TAL Building Centers."
Gaven holds an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on finance from USC Marshall School of Business.
