“I first joined the building supply industry back in 2018 as a part of Raymond Building Supply. Raymond was then acquired by US LBM Holdings in which the entire human resources team was then converted to US LBM. 

“I started out my career there in the HR department for 2 years then transitioned into the recruiting world. Within recruiting, I started as a coordinator then climbed the ladder into my present role as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Within these roles, I leaned on US LBM's values: people, partnerships, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and empowerment - totaling 5 years with US LBM!”
