Rising Stars: Polly Miller

Polly Miller is the first female Plant Manager of components the company has ever had.

“I started on the production floor as just a production associate to making my way as Production Manager and now where I am at today. 

“In the past year we have seen the most board foot built on a weekly basis, then we ever had. My biggest accomplishment I don't believe has to do with dollars, having a low turnover rate of employees is the most important thing. Knowing that your staff is truly happy, is a wonderful feeling.”
