The Vanilla Ice Project and Dr. Decks were part of the action at the Regal ideas booth.
Regal ideas, the manufacturer of aluminum railing systems, showcased its innovation, technology, and products at DeckExpo held earlier this month in Las Vegas, Nev.
As a result, Regal ideas was awarded “Best in Show” in the Outdoor Living category for its innovation and Crystal Rail system.
The International Pool | Spa | Patio Expo, co-located with Deck Expo (PSP/Deck Expo), is where all segments of the industry (pool, spa, patio, decking, and outdoor living) gather to stay well-informed of the trends, market directions, and technology.
The event offers industry professionals a large selection of educational sessions, an expo hall, and various networking opportunities.
“It is an honor to be awarded Best in Show at this year’s DeckExpo by our peers. It is a greater honor to be welcomed and embraced by the thousands of attendees that came to visit us,” said Andrew Pantelides, executive vice president of Regal ideas and executive director for the North American Deck and Railing Association. “This year’s show was even more significant to us as it opened doors to a whole new audience in the pool industry, a new market we are excited to enter.”
Thousands of professionals gathered at this year’s event to connect with their peers, discover the latest products and technology, and learn from top industry experts.
This year’s event showcased over 500 exhibitors and thousands of outdoor living products, allowing attendees to expand their product offerings and knowledge in preparation for the next season.
Along with innovative products, Regal ideas also launched its 2023 Look Book aimed at inspiring homeowners and designers.
“Having products to showcase is great, but the attendees are the most important asset to the show,” Pantelides said. “They travel far to come here, and we wanted to give back by holding sessions where they can go back to their businesses and start building a successful brand immediately.”
As part of Regal ideas’ presence at Deck Expo, celebrity deck builder Dr. Decks, and Wes Kain, co-star of the Vanilla Ice Project took the stage for two days while delivering a step-by-step workshop on how to build a strong brand.
Other show moves by Regal ideas included a live podcast with The Ultimate Deck Shop, new Design and Lead Generation software, and the announcement of upcoming DeckStar training events this winter.
Regal ideas said it can be found at the upcoming International Builders Show along with the Western Retail Lumber Association Buying Show in January, where they will showcase their latest products, turn-key merchandising, marketing, and installed sales programs.
