PWT, creator of the world’s first manufacturer-treated laminated veneer lumber (LVL), has announced the promotion of Scott Reynolds to Eastern Regional Business Development Manager.
The Burlington, Washington-based company said Reynolds has been a crucial part of achieving PWT’s sales and business growth goals since he joined the company as an Area Business Development Manager in 2022.
In his new role, Reynolds will work with all sales accounts in the Eastern region to uncover new business opportunities and grow existing business. Reynolds will also focus on further expanding PWT’s Eastern sales team, with the goal of bringing in four new team members, the company said.

Reynolds has an extensive background in the engineered wood industry with more than 30 years of experience. After completing his degree in agricultural engineering at the University of Georgia, Reynolds joined MacMillan Bloedel as a structural engineer. He then moved into a technical sales role for Trus Joist MacMillan.
