Home builders and contractors can use HomeSphere's digital marketplace for rebates on PPG paint offerings.
Paint and coatings titan PPG Paints has entered into a partnership with HomeSphere.
HomeSphere is a digital marketplace connecting residential homebuilders and building product manufacturers.
Home builders can now access significant rebates on the PPG paints lineup of interior and exterior products through My HomeSphere, HomeSphere’s award-winning rebate management program.
The easy-to-use platform enables homebuilders to select products and track rebates from PPG, which also can be bundled with rebates on more than 1,500 building products offered by HomeSphere.
“With 135 years in the business and technology developed for the world’s cutting-edge industries, we offer the right products for any building project,” said Vinny O’Sullivan, PPG senior general manager, trade, architectural coatings, U.S. and Canada. “HomeSphere mirrors our commitment to technology and industry connections. They are the perfect partner to bring our promise of quality products and industry-leading expertise to a new segment of the home market.”
Due to material shortages, delays and rising costs, builders are seeking out new brands, suppliers and distributors, HomeSphere said. The digital company’s technology simplifies the process and positions PPG to meet builders’ needs.
“Our platform is at the source of millions of homebuilder and manufacturer transactions yearly, so we understand the current challenges in the market,” said HomeSphere President and CEO Greg Schwarzer. “Through the partnership with PPG, we connect our network of builders to the source of high-quality paint products, delivering efficiencies and savings.”
According to HomeSphere, more than 2,600 single-family and multifamily home builders use its technology and services to claim millions of dollars of incentives each year from leading building product manufacturers.
