Poll results: AI and you
Artificial Intelligence has become the leading buzzword at business conferences coast to coast. And in marketing circles, it's seen as a game-changer.
Here's a recent take from a public relations rep:
"AI has had a transformative impact on loyalty programs. Data-driven personalization leads to a 6.4x customer satisfaction surge, with brands offering tailored rewards that resonate with evolving consumer values and expectations."
Yeah, OK. We get it.
But what about your job right now? The latest HBSDealer poll question addresses the question. Here is what we found.

The survey says the majority of respondents (63 percent) say that their role has not been affected by artificial intelligence.
Further, zero percent say their has "completely" changed. And only 1 percent say that "AI has significantly altered the nature of my role, requiring adaptation and learning new skills."
