PARR Lumber lands hardware store acquisition
The building material supplier acquires a True Value store in Washington.
PARR Lumber is acquiring Rochester True Value Hardware & Lumber located in Rochester, Wash. After this acquisition is complete, Parr Lumber will now have 25 lumberyards, according to the company.
“We are committed to providing our customers with everything they need for their build projects throughout the Pacific Northwest without compromising our legendary service through teamwork,” Mike Howell, CEO of PARR, said in a statement. “When this opportunity came along, we were excited as it fills a need to better support the South Puget Sound market. Plus, the fact that it’s a second-generation, family-owned business resonated with us.”
