Parksite partners with Silvermine Stone
Parksite, Inc. announced that it will offer Silvermine Stone, a mortarless stone veneer, in its New York and New Jersey markets.
Silvermine Stone features a patented flashing and fastening system, creating a shingling system on the wall to keep water away from the home’s substrate while only requiring a single layer of weather-resistant barrier.
The manufacturer says the shingling effect sheds all water to the front, thus eliminating water penetration and minimizing the possibility of insects getting between the stone and the wall.

Silvermine Stone’s product offering includes the Belterra Collection featuring a ledgestone aesthetic that is available in five popular colors with 6” x 24″ veneer sections simply attach to the wall with pan-headed screws and do not require lath, a scratch-coat, or mortar.
