NLBMDA hosting Washington update webinar

The National Lumber and Building Material Dealers Association (NLBMDA) is hosting a special members-only webinar that will examine the current political dynamics and legislative landscape in Washington.

The discussion arrives after a historic month of infighting on Capitol Hill that paralyzed the House of Representatives without a Speaker for three weeks. 

NLBMDA Director of Government Affairs Jacob Carter will provide an update on legislative and regulatory issues affecting the lumber and building material dealers industry, offer insights to the remaining agenda on Capitol Hill for 2023 as lawmakers work through a contentious appropriations process, and provide a 2024 election forecast of key races that will decide control over Congress and the White House next year.

The webinar will be held on Thursday, Dec. 14 at 1 p.m. EDT. 

During the registration process participants are invited to submit questions in advance and feel free to suggest additional topics that you would like to see addressed.
