The new Tractor Supply on display
Tractor Supply recently unveiled its 500th store receiving a remodel and makeover.
The move is part of the Project Fusion initiative, which looks to pump new life into older Tractor Supply locations.
The company operates about 2,030 stores in 49 states along with 180 PetSense by Tractor Supply stores. The latter received a new banner and been undergoing its own overhaul program.
A re-opening event was held at the company's Thompson's Station, Tenn. store, complete with a garland-cutting ceremony.
The Thompson’s Station store includes a new Carhartt store-within-a-store area, which is one of the largest at any Tractor Supply store.
Other additions include a Garden Center with lawn and garden products and Christmas decor, a Customer Service Hub with upgraded digital tools and self-checkout, an improved layout for convenient and accessible shopping, and a chicken coop.
