As part of Nation’s Best’s acquisition strategy, both locations will maintain operations under their existing names with their management teams overseeing company operations alongside Nation’s Best, which will provide the strategic and financial support necessary to achieve optimal growth and profitability.

Financial terms of the acquisitions were not disclosed.
Nation’s Best is a member-owner of Do it Best Corp., the U.S.-based hardware, lumber and building materials buying cooperative.
Launched in 2019, Nation’s Best Holdings has quickly expanded to 22 locations in seven states with 480 associates.
Last month, Nation's Best entered New Hampshire with the acquisition of Caron Building Center.
