L&W Supply acquires Dana Wallboard Supply
Building materials distributor L&W Supply Corporation has acquired the assets of Dana Wallboard Supply, Inc.
Based in Tyngsborough, Mass, Dana Wallboard Supply is a family-owned business founded in 1975 and serves the greater Boston market.
The company distributes residential products such as drywall, plaster, and related accessories.
By acquiring Dana Wallboard Supply, L&W Supply will increase its team of experienced associates and strengthen its presence in New England.

This location will be L&W Supply’s second in Massachusetts.

The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Based in Chicago, L&W Supply is a subsidiary of ABC Supply.
L&W Supply distributes wallboard, suspended ceiling systems, steel studs, joint treatment, insulation, fasteners, and related building products through more than 200 branches in 40 states.
This year L&W Supply has acquired American Building Materials in Ohio, DWS Building Supply with locations in Texas and New Mexico, and Holmes Drywall in Kansas. The distributor has also opened new branches.
