LBM Advantage honored in New York state
LBM Advantage has been named one of the 2023 Best Companies to Work for in New York state by the New York State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management, Best Companies Group, and the Rochester Business Journal.
LBM Advantage previously participated in the 2020 survey and also earned top company distinction that year.
Best Companies to Work for in New York identifies, recognizes, and honors the best places of employment in New York in three categories: small companies (15-99 employees), medium companies (100-249 employees) and large companies (250 or more employees)
To determine final rankings, Best Companies Group evaluated workplace policies, practices, and demographics in addition to surveys that measure employee experience.
