Don’s Appliances will continue to operate independently under the Kodiak umbrella, maintaining its brand identity, leadership team, and employees.

Kodiak Building Partners has acquired Dons Appliances, a family business in operation for more than 50 years.

Dons Appliances operates 12 locations in western Pennsylvania and West Virginia. The company, remains committed to maintaining its family-owned values, including its employees and the communities it serves, Kodiak said.

With the addition of Dons, Kodiak also said the move extends the company into the appliance  industry and, underscores its commitment to diversifying its offerings and providing enhanced value to customers.

In 2021, Kodiak Building Partners acquired Alpine Appliance Center.

Kodiak Building Partners was founded in  2011 and has acquired more than 100 locations in over 20 states.

The Highland Ranch, Colorado-based company is the 2023 HBSDealer ProDealer of the Year.
