Kodiak strengthens appliances portfolio
Kodiak Building Partners has acquired Don’s Appliances, a family business in operation for more than 50 years.
Don’s Appliances operates 12 locations in western Pennsylvania and West Virginia. The company, “remains committed to maintaining its family-owned values, including its employees and the communities it serves,” Kodiak said.
With the addition of Don’s, Kodiak also said the move extends the company into the appliance industry and, “underscores its commitment to diversifying its offerings and providing enhanced value to customers.”

Kodiak Building Partners was founded in 2011 and has acquired more than 100 locations in over 20 states.
