Contract Lumber acquires Cedar Supply
Ohio-based Contract Lumber is acquiring Cedar Supply, a family-owned company that has been doing business in Texas for over 50 years. In a blog post, Contract writes: "This acquisition marks a significant milestone for Contract Lumber as we expand our footprint across Texas, including our first entrance into the Dallas market. Contract says Cedar Supply's operations will continue uninterrupted. It writes: "We understand the importance of continuity for Cedar Supply’s employees and operations. Rest assured, Cedar Supply will continue to operate as usual, and their employees will be welcomed into the larger Contract Lumber family. We believe this integration will create new opportunities for growth and collaboration, benefiting both our teams and our customers."
