Belco Forest Products CEO honored
Bill Staley, CEO of Belco Forest Products has been named the recipient of a 2024 Lifetime Achievement Award by Vistage, a CEO coaching and peer advisory organization for small and midsize businesses.
“It’s an honor to receive the Vistage Seattle area lifetime achievement award,” Staley said. “Especially being nominated and recognized by my peers who have been such a tremendous support for me the last 10 years.”
Vistage described the honoree's career: “Staley has been CEO of Belco since 1999, succeeding his father John Staley. He transformed the company from commodities to a specialized focus on exterior trim and fascia products, revolutionizing the industry by implementing a two-step preservative and prime treatment process as a standard for Belco’s XT exterior millwork family of products. This innovative manufacturing process raised the bar industry-wide, and made Belco what it is today.”
The Lifetime Achievement Award honors long-standing members who see no finish line in their pursuit of world class. With a track record of bold decisions benefiting company, community and beyond, these leaders are a beacon of light to their peers. Bill receives this award from the Seattle Area Vistage Group, after being nominated by fellow members and voted as the recipient by the regional Chairs.
