ABC Supply has been awarded a Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award for the 18th consecutive year.

The award celebrates organizations that place employee engagement at the center of their business strategy, Gallup said.

In the award’s history, ABC Supply stands out as one of just two companies globally to have been honored with this recognition consistently every year, the company said. A full list of winners and more information about the award can be found here.

"Receiving this prestigious award for the 18th consecutive year is a tremendous honor," said Mike Jost, CEO of ABC Supply. "We owe this recognition to our remarkable team of over 20,000 associates whose dedication continues to elevate ABC Supply as a premier workplace and customer-focused business, year after year."

Jost credits the success of ABC Supply to its unwavering commitment to its Core Values, which play a pivotal role in nurturing its strong culture.

“At ABC Supply, it’s important to us to cultivate a sense of family where we genuinely respect, care for and trust each other — day in and day out,” Jost says. “That way, our associates and the customers we serve feel like they’re part of something special. We like to pay it forward by giving back to the communities where we live and work, which helps our associates and customers feel connected and know we’re building the future together.”
