ABC Supply makes moves in Kentucky

ABC Supply has expanded operations in Kentucky with the acquisition of the assets of Siding Sales, Inc.

Siding Sales Inc. includes locations in Bowling Green, Glasgow, and London, Ky. With the acquisition, ABC Supply now has 11 locations in Kentucky. 

The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The Beloit, Wis.-based roofing and building products distributor said the latest move allows ABC to enhance its services in both existing and new markets and strengthen relationships with professional contractors across central and southern Kentucky. 

Associates at all three Siding Sales Inc. locations will join the ABC Supply team, providing an easy transition for existing customers, the company said.

“We couldn’t be more excited to have the talented individuals from Siding Sales Inc. join our team,” said Tom Kuchan, vice president of ABC Supply’s Northeast Region. “We’re confident that current associates and customers will quickly feel at home with ABC Supply. Contractors will also enjoy access to a wider selection of product options and delivery capabilities.”

The acquisition follows ABC Supply’s recent expansion moves Texas and Utah.

In total, ABC Supply operates more than 800 locations nationwide.
