ABC Supply branches out in San Bernardino

ABC Supply, the largest U.S. wholesale distributor of roofing and other select exterior and interior building products has grown again with the opening of a new branch in San Bernardino, California.

The latest branch is being managed by Kevin Banfield who joined ABC Supply’s Branch Management Training Program in 2017 at the company’s El Cajon, California, location.

Banfield completed his training at the National City, California, branch in 2018, and a year later he was named manager of the company’s El Centro, California, location, where he earned managing partner status. 

Before joining ABC Supply, Banfield served in the United States Marine Corps for 20 years.

“We’re looking forward to serving contractors in the growing San Bernardino area,” said ABC Supply’s West Region Vice President Matt Cooper. “Kevin and his team will do a great job working with local contractors to help them be successful.”

ABC Supply said it operates 47 locations in the Golden State.

Based in Beloit, Wisconsin, the company maintains over 900 branches in the United States and Canada in addition to its Chicago-based L&W Supply subsidiary with more than 200 locations.

Earlier this month, ABC Supply opened the doors to a new branch in Durango, Colorado, and completed its acquisition of several businesses from US LBM.
