ABC Supply receives 17th Gallup workplace award

Building materials distributor ABC Supply has been recognized by Gallup for the 17th consecutive year and received the Exceptional Workplace Award.

According to Gallup, the award honors thriving organizations that have attained world-class performance by making engagement a cornerstone of their business strategy.

 Just 57 companies made the cut in 2023, and ABC Supply continues to be one of just two companies worldwide to have received the recognition every year.

“Winning this award for an amazing 17th time is an incredible honor,” said Mike Jost, chief operating officer of ABC Supply. “We’re not only proud to receive this prestigious award every year since 2007 but also proud of our more than 18,000 associates who make ABC Supply a unique place to work and do business with.”

Jost notes that ABC Supply’s success is rooted in its “Core Values,” many of which focus on maintaining its strong culture.
