Woodgrain acquires Kelleher Corporation
Woodgrain, a manufacturer and distributor of millwork and building materials, has reached an asset purchase agreement to acquire Calif.-based Kelleher Corporation. The transaction is expected to close no later than February 28, 2025.
Kelleher Corporation specializes in the distribution of moulding, lumber and doors, serving customers in California, Nevada and Hawaii with warehouse facilities in Northern and Southern California, as well as Hawaii. Woodgrain says the acquisition of Kelleher Corporation "positions the company for significant growth in key markets and is expected to bring enhanced service offerings, increased product availability and a continued commitment to quality."
