Remodeled Guerneville Fulton Ace Hardware in Santa Rosa, California, will host a board cutting event on Friday March 24, to kick off a grand re-opening weekend for this Westlake Ace store.
The weekend events will also be an opportunity for the community to meet Heath Abreu, the store’s general manager, who said, “I look forward to welcoming everyone to the newly remodeled store.”
Abreu was named general manager of Guerneville Fulton Ace Hardware in 2022. He previously worked as a store director for Lucky and Safeway markets.
“The 12,000-square-foot store was recently remodeled and now features a new, fresh layout,” said the company.
About an hour’s drive north of San Francisco, Santa Rosa in located in Sonoma County and known for its wineries. The hardware store said it will have grill demonstrations, prize drawings and free kids’ activities.
In addition to its current product mix, said Westlake Ace, the store now sells Stihl outdoor power equipment, Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines paints and Ooni outdoor portable pizza ovens.
“We are eager to show our friends and customers how we live the Ace Helpful Promise every day by delivering reliable service, helpful advice and the products they need to preserve and maintain their homes,” said Abreu.
Headquartered in the Kansas City area, 118-year-old Westlake Ace Hardware has been part of the Ace Hardware Cooperative since 1959, and a wholly owned Ace subsidiary since 2012, and currently owns and operates 155 stores in 12 states.
