Westlake Ace opening a store in OKC
Westlake Ace Hardware has signed an agreement to open a new store in northwest Oklahoma City. The new location is just west of Edmond, Okla., at 17701 N. May Ave., and it will mark the hardware chain’s 10th store in the Oklahoma City area.
Construction will begin in early 2025 with a planned store opening in late 2025. Once opened, the new store will feature 15,000 sq. ft. of retail space.
In addition to offering services like key cutting, automotive key fob replacement and propane tank exchange, the new store will sell lawn and garden supplies, fasteners, tools, plumbing and electrical supplies. It will also showcase several specialty departments and store-within-a-store concepts, selling brands like:
- Stihl, Ego, and Milwaukee outdoor power equipment
- Benjamin Moore and Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines paints
- Milwaukee, DeWalt, and Craftsman power tools
- Weber, Traeger, and Big Green Egg grills and accessories
- Scotts lawn care products
- Yeti coolers, drinkware, and accessories
