Westlake Ace Hardware starts renovation this summer on a new store location in Charlotte, N.C.
Westlake Ace Hardware announced it has signed a lease agreement to open a new store in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The company said renovations to the space will begin in the summer of 2023, with an anticipated soft opening during the first quarter of 2024.
“We are thrilled to become part of the Charlotte business community as a friend, a trusted neighbor, and an employer,” said Joe Jeffries, president and CEO of Westlake Ace Hardware.
The store in the Rozzelle Crossing Shopping Center will feature approximately 20,000 square feet of retail space, said the company.
“We can’t wait to show our new customers how we live the Ace Helpful Promise every day through reliable service, helpful advice, and the products they need to get their projects done right,” said Jeffries.
By the end of 2023, the company said it will open three locations in North Carolina: Two in the Raleigh area, and one in High Point.
The hardware chain currently owns and operates 11 locations in North Carolina, under the Westlake Ace and Outer Banks Ace brands, said the firm.
“Westlake Ace Hardware has been dedicated to delivering reliable service and helpful advice for 118 years,” said Jeffries.
