US LBM acquires Maner Builders Supply

US LBM Holdings, LLC reported that it has acquired Maner Builders Supply.

Maner Builders Supply operates locations in Augusta, Ga. along with Aiken and Charleston, S.C. Following the acquisition, US LBM now operates 22 locations across the Carolinas and Georgia.

Founded in 1951 by W.A. Maner and three associates in Augusta, Maner Builders Supply distributes an expansive line of specialty building products, including engineered lumber, wallboard, roofing, siding, decking, installed fencing, custom glass, windows, doors, and other materials. The dealer’s customers include professional home builders, contractors, and commercial builders.

Frank Chandler will remain with the company and lead Maner’s day-to-day operations as president. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Based in Buffalo Grove, Ill., US LBM operates more than 250 locations nationwide under a collection of banners.
