Toro Company announced that Joanna M. Totsky has joined the firm as vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary.

She comes to Toro from Cooper-Standard Holdings, Inc., said the company, a global supplier to automotive and industrial companies, where she most recently served as senior vice president, chief legal and transformation officer and secretary.

Totsky succeeds Amy E. Dahl, who was recently named vice president, international, said the firm, with responsibility for leading and refining global enterprise strategies across Toro’s businesses.

“Additionally, I would like to thank Amy for her many contributions as vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. During her tenure, she provided exceptional leadership and counsel through the complexities associated with the global pandemic,” said Olson.

At Cooper-Standard Holdings, said Toro, Totsky was a member of the leadership team and was actively involved in key strategic and operational priorities, and was responsible for leading the global legal and compliance functions.
