84 Lumber's Rockville, Maryland showroom is by appointment only.
84 Lumber continues to elevate its customers’ shopping experience.
In recent years, the company prioritized expansion across the country, delving into new territory, which has allowed consumers a new perspective on what it’s like to shop with 84 Lumber. Part of the expansion plan includes design studios featuring high-quality products, the prodealer said.
In January 2021, the company opened its first Andersen Windows & Doors Showroom, located in The Shops at Congressional Village in Rockville, Maryland. The showroom is an extension of the Mt. Airy 84 Lumber store, serving the greater Washington, D.C. metro market.
“Our 84 Lumber Andersen Windows & Doors showroom has been a tremendous success from the very beginning,” said Dawn Fauble, window shop manager, 84 Lumber. “Having the opportunity to work one-on-one with our customers gives us the opportunity to develop a better understanding of their needs while having the luxury of offering them an exclusive assortment we are able to tailor to fit what they are looking for.”
The 1,800-square-foot showroom offers a variety of products featuring Andersen’s full portfolio of replacement products for home remodeling and renovation.
An impressive collection of contemporary-styled patio and big doors, including pivot, folding, MultiGlide, pocket, and pass-through options. Additionally, the showroom displays modern-style windows with custom colors, sizes, dynamic shapes, and exotic woods.
