Titan releases battery-powered paint sprayer
It's designed to spray up to 200 gallons per week.
Titan is rolling out its new Elite 3500 72V battery-powered paint sprayer.
It has zero emissions and is quiet, which the company says can extend working hours and usage in noise restricted areas. The Elite 3500 72V has no piston, packings, cylinder, or clutch to wear or replace. Maintenance is minimal with two easily replaceable wear parts, the inlet and outlet valves.
According to Titan, the sprayers offers the following features:
- PermaStroke Technology delivers top performance at pressures from 300 to 3,300 psi and when using small or large tips.
- Powerful Honda eGX brushless DC motor closely matches the performance output of a conventional Honda GX120 gas engine.
- FlatLine Pulsation Dampener eliminates all pressure fluctuations and deadband in the system for smooth operation and consistent finish.
- Sureflo Pusher Valve makes priming easy.
- Fluid pump is backed by Titan’s WearGuard Elite Lifetime Warranty.
Designed to spray up to 200 gallons per week, the Elite 3500 72V applies stains, lacquers, enamels, latex and block fillers. It comes standard with a Titan RX-Pro gun, 517 HEA tip, 50-foot airless hose, Honda eGX battery and charger.
