With 17 years of experience in national builder sales, Haro brings a deep understanding of the customer segment, their unique needs and their interactions with Simpson Strong-Tie’s national pro supply partners.

Haro has been involved with the NAHB and the Southern Nevada HBA for 13 years, including five years as an active member of the Professional Women in Building Council where she has contributed significantly to local and national committees. In 2019, she joined the Leading Suppliers Council Board of Trustees and currently serves as the vice co-chair.
