Silvermine Stone into Maryland

Parksite, Inc. is expanding their relationship with Silvermine Stone to distribute their mortarless stone veneer, into their Maryland markets effective immediately. The expansion will include the full line of Silvermine Stone, which features a patented flashing and fastening system, creating a shingling system on the wall to keep water away from the home’s substrate while only requiring a single layer of weather resistant barrier. 

As Silvermine Stone states, the shingling effect sheds all water to the front, thus eliminating water penetration and minimizing the possibility of insects getting between the stone and the wall. Silvermine Stone’s product offering includes the Belterra Collection featuring a ledgestone aesthetic that is available in five popular colors with 6” x 24″ veneer sections simply attach to the wall with pan-headed screws and do not require lath, a scratch-coat, or mortar.
