See the winners from Cologne
Eisenwarenmesse, the International Hardware Fair 20222, returned to Cologne, Germany. And so did the Eisen Awards.
For the first time in four-pandemic-stricken years, the Cologne event returned to action. The hybrid in-person and online event attracted some 1,400 exhibitors from 50 countries for four days in September.
The event, according to John W. Herbert, general secretary of the European DIY Retail Association and the Global Home Improvement Network “is both a barometer of trends and a trendsetter. In other words, it’s the networking platform for the global hardware trade. I’m very happy to be in Cologne, meeting so many colleagues from all over the world.”
Products took center stage for the Eisen Award 2022. Here are the winners.
Described as the first of its kind carpenter’s hammer, the AluTec combines various materials and surfaces for optimum striking. The steel and aluminum hammer head is combined with an aluminum handle for “precise, powerful and effective striking thanks to a balanced head weight.”
