Sears Home Services makes a membership play
Sears Home Services is launching Sears Home Advantage, a free membership that offers priority access to appliance repair. Members can also access savings on Sears home services and products, including warranties, parts and appliance upgrades, all while earning "Shop Your Way" points redeemable for gift cards at select retailers, per the company.
According to the company, Sears Home Advantage Membership benefits include:
- Free membership. No cost to join, with immediate access to all benefits and perks.
- Priority support. Faster access to a network of 2,500+ techs with priority scheduling for repairs and maintenance.
- Exclusive savings. Members receive special pricing on a wide range of services, including repairs, tune-ups and warranties.
- Shop Your Way rewards. Earn points on purchases and services, which are redeemable at nationwide retailers through the Shop Your Way program.
- Seasonal tips. Expert advice to keep homes running smoothly year-round, offering helpful insights tailored to every season.

According to Sears, nearly 4 million members have already signed up for Sears Home Advantage.
