Made of rugged high-density polyethylene, Scepter noted, the five-gallon Military Water Container is BPA free, which keeps chemicals, odors and tastes out of your water. For fast use, it can empty up to five gallons of water in under seven seconds through the four-inch-wide cap opening.
And when needing to store extra water at home, the five-gallon blue Portable Water Container features an easy-pour spout for filling up a cup or small bottle. When not in use, the spout stores conveniently inside the unit.
Outdoors or at home, the company pointed out, each situation demands people be prepared. An essential part of that preparation is having enough clean water.
“These are the same reliable containers used by NATO allied forces in the field for more than 30 years,” said Marshall. “They’re virtually indestructible, making them ideal for boating, camping and sporting activities.
These corrosion- and fungus-resistant containers keep water clean and safe, withstand extreme weather conditions and are available in two colors: American Sand and American Green. Made in North America, Scepter also makes a full line of fuel containers.
