SBP acquires Florida's Millwork Sales

Specialty Building Products (SBP) has struck again and announced another acquisition.

The Duluth, Ga.-based building products distributor has s signed an agreement to acquire Millwork Sales. 

With locations in Royal Palm Beach and Orlando, Fla., Millwork Sales was founded in 1998 and is a wholesale distributor of doors, door components, moulding, and millwork.

In a press release issued by SPB, the company said the move expands its door manufacturing and distribution capabilities while growing its presence in Florida and the Southeast. 

The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

This acquisition follows SBP’s recent purchases of DW Distribution and Reeb Millwork. SBP’s other operating distribution brands include U.S. Lumber, Alexandria Moulding

The acquisition is expected to close in 2021, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
