Royal introduces new black soffit products

Royal Building Products has added black soffit to its Exterior Portfolio and Royal vinyl lines. 

The new black soffit creates a distinctive accent when used in porch ceilings, eaves and overhangs.

Exterior Portfolio and Royal soffits shield roof rafters and ventilate attics, protecting homes from pests, with virtually no maintenance or additional painting required, the building products manufacturer said.

“To further differentiate their exteriors, builders and remodelers are seeking bold, contrasting accent colors,” said Steve Booz, vice president of marketing at Royal Building Products. “This on-trend color provides a finishing touch and works well with a variety of home and siding styles.”

Available in low-gloss woodgrain, brush and matte finishes, the new black color joins a broad array of traditional colors and rich shades. Black soffits are also available in designer, traditional and builder profiles.

All soffit products are backed by a limited warranty.
