"I first joined the building supply industry back in 2018 as a part of Raymond Building Supply. Raymond was then acquired by US LBM Holdings in which the entire HR Team was then converted into US LBM. I started out my career there in the HR department for two years, then transitioned into the recruiting world. 

"Within recruiting, I started as a coordinator then climbed the ladder into my present role as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Within these roles, I leaned on US LBM's values: people, partnerships, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and empowerment — totaling five years with US LBM!"
