Rising Stars: Melissa Porcaro

Melissa Porcaro is the director of operations for the JRC Hardware Group, a group consisting of four Ace Hardware stores in the Chicagoland area.

She manages and fosters the day to day operations of the business. As new stores are acquired, Melissa goes to work implementing new product, remodels, and culture change to maintain the mission and vision of the company.

Melissa strives to draw traffic to the door starting with the team of associates and managers. Her stores are recognized as being helpful by offering the best of the best in customer service.
