Rising Stars: Marla Chappell

Marla Chappell is Director of Panel Sales for Weyerhaeuser’s Wood Products business. Her accountability includes sales of premium branded products such as Edge Gold® and Diamond® OSB, as well as Glacier Green® MDF. Marla’s responsibilities also include sales of commodity sheathing and plywood products. Collectively, Marla and her sales team deliver $1.8 billion in gross sales annually.

She began her career with Weyerhaeuser in 2016. A dynamic leader, Marla is relentlessly focused on delivering customer value through a comprehensive portfolio of high value wood products. Internally, she is passionate about people development and mentorship within and beyond her immediate team.
