Professional Builders Supply hires CFO

Professional Builders Supply, based in Raleigh, N.C., hired Gene Tomczak as CFO. He takes over the role from Steve Lochbaus, who will remain a key part of the executive team and who plans to retire in late 2021.

Tomczak brings more than 20 years of experience to his new role. He spent the majority of his career with LORD Corporation, a global manufacturer of adhesives, coatings, motion management devices and other products for various industries, including aerospace.

PBS was founded in 2003, and has grown to a $400 million company with 585 employees.
