ProDealer of the Year nominations due April 12
Honorees will be recognized at the 2024 ProDealer Industry Summit in Savannah, Georgia.
During the ProDealer Industry Summit, scheduled for Oct. 8-11 in Savannah, Georgia., HBSDealer and the National Lumber & Building Material Dealers Association (NLBMDA) will present the 2024 ProDealer of the Year honorees.
We are inviting readers and members to submit nominations by Friday, April 12th for consideration by the review committee.
NLBMDA and HBSDealer are seeking nominees for the ProDealer of the Year (6 or more locations); and Independent ProDealer of the Year (1 to 5 locations).
The criteria for selection includes but is not limited to:
- High performance: Sales growth, company expansion, business innovations, introduction of successful product lines.
- Commitment to best practices: Operational excellence, developing/embracing operational standards and procedures to produce positive outcomes.
- Contribution to industry: Excellent customer service, community engagement and service, serve as a leader in the community and an ambassador to the LBM industry.
- Company Culture and values: Serves as an example of a positive, safe, and healthy work environment. Embraces employee feedback, creates opportunities for collaboration and innovation. Embraces strong company values that are accepted by employees and customers.
